Hindi lang sa facebook using built in browser and fb apps working din sa  dolphin browser and stock opera mini. I tried other sites like youtube, google and blogger, smoooth! without corresponding data charges (cool, eh?!) I thought globe's free fb access will start on october 31 but seems it's working already, hindi lang sa facebook pati other sites din (as for me!) kayo ba? :D

Kasulutan Beach, Bongao Tawi-Tawi

One of my favorite hangout places in Bongao Tawi-Tawi.. Blue skies, fresh air, inviting blue waters and overlooking some small islands of Tawi-Tawi.  I also love snorkeling here.. just a few steps away from that cemented barrels you can see rich, colorful and dazzling coral reefs which i thought only few (or is it just me?) notices them. Perks of being a biology grad eh? Wish i had waterproof camera :p

Android 4.4 Kitkat

Android is the Os that powers over 1 billion smartphoones and tablets. Since april 2009, android versions have been developed under a codename and released according to alphabetical order. Previous codenames of the OS platform were named after a desert--cupcake, donut, eclair, froyo, gingerbread, honeycomb, icecream sandwich (current version i am using) and jelly bean. Thr release had long been expected to be numbered 5.0 and called key lime pie but google decided to name the next version of android after one of our favorite chocolate treat, kitkat! making it as the first version of android thats under a brand name.

On sept 3 2013, Google announced Jelly Beans successor as android 4.4 Kitkat with a release date to be announced. As part of a deal Nestle is running a contest to win a Nexus 7 or Google play credits through sprcially branded kitkat bars.

Googles upcoming android 4.4 kitkat and Nexus 5 smartphone have been tipped  tobe released on october 14, 2013 along with that info a tipser also supplied some of the rumored changes we'll see in the next iteration of the Os.
* firmware availability to older phones
*fragmenration changes
*new notification widgets
*miracast updates
*New IPIs regarding animation and gallery visualization
*change android default blue toother preset palette colors. (technobuffalo)

Back to patronizing legal surf promos

Smart free internet using manual cdc (connect-disconnect) trick

Just this morning when i tried to connect to the internet using the smart free net v3 app, i got errors like the 633 error where you have to restart your pc or plug and unplug your modem to avoid this error but me wanting not to restart my pc remembered this old trick (manual cdc) but haven't tried it yet cause you have to manually connect and disconnect your modem until it connects to the internet so i thought it would be laborious (laborious talaga? haha tamad lang eh..) though i knew that this trick has tons of positive feedback. And so i started this trick.. geared up my forefinger, took a deep breath (nah, just kidding :p) and manually cdc'ed my modem.. then VOILA! after 3 minutes (more or less 20 tries of clicking the cdc button) i am now conected to the internet! sweet! not disappointed at all with trick.. it's my first try anyways.

 PROS:

No apps needed
No need to run cmd to ping
No errors (like 619, 633 and the likes)
Stable connection
Fast and easy

CONS:
cant think of any.. :p a bit of patience maybe!
